Our Refund Policy is under some conditions, just like any online purchase. You will accept our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy during choosing a course from us.

You may request a refund within 5 days of registration for the course. However, the money-back guarantee will be void if you have accessed more than 25% of the course content or downloaded the E-Book. After 5 days from the registration date, we do not accept refund requests.

Recon Cyber Security reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the event’s location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). 2. If we have to postpone or cancel an event, we will reimburse all course costs in full if you ask for a refund within 7 days of the registration date. However, we will not refund any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred by the learner/participant. 3.Participants who register for the course more than 5 days prior to the event will be rescheduled to any subsequent batch without paying any additional fees if we have to cancel or postpone the event. 4. The event cancellation cost will be 10% of the total paid fee, with the remaining amount being reimbursed to you if you notify us 7 or more working days before the event. 5. Less than 5 working days before the event, cancellations cannot be made and will not be refunded. There will be no refunds or credits given to participants who miss both days of the training.

If you have made a duplicate payment, we will process a refund via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 working days of receiving your notification.

1. Delegates can reschedule and attend a future class at their convenience, anywhere, and on any scheduled training date.

2. Delegates can choose a replacement, but they must inform Recon Cyber Security at least three days before the event.

1. If the rescheduling request is received 10 business days prior (or more), 10% of the registration fee will be charged.

2. Please note that rescheduling will be noted according to the availability of seats.

3.No rescheduling will be accepted if the request is submitted in less than 10 business days. However, the delegate may send a substitute in its place.

Given the above, individuals who fail to attend a course within the six-month period will not be eligible for a refund or credit. The course should be completed within the time period.
