The services, content, and courseware are made available solely for your personal and non-commercial use to aid you in completing the certification training course you have registered for (“Restricted Purpose“). You are permitted to access the website, the services, and the content and courseware online and may download, save, or print the content and courseware exclusively for the Restricted Purpose. If we have to postpone or cancel an event, we will reimburse all course costs in full if you ask for a refund within 7 days of the registration date. However, we will not refund any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred by the learner/participant. 3.Participants who register for the course more than 5 days prior to the event will be rescheduled to any subsequent batch without paying any additional fees if we have to cancel or postpone the event. 4. The event cancellation cost will be 10% of the total paid fee, with the remaining amount being reimbursed to you if you notify us 7 or more working days before the event. 5. Less than 5 working days before the event, cancellations cannot be made and will not be refunded. There will be no refunds or credits given to participants who miss both days of the training.
